I keep catching Millicent sleeping in the food dish. It's her new favorite spot to nap.
My foster rats Darwin and Huxley got adopted this past weekend. I had hand raised Darwin since he was surrendered to Rattie Ratz Rescue at 2 weeks old. He met his adopted brother Huxley when he was 3.5 weeks old and the two bonded instantly and have been inseparable since. It was an incredibly difficult descision to adopt them out, but it was in their best interest since I already have a good number of rats in my care. They're getting lovingly spoiled by their new mom, Laura, who sends me photos daily. I miss them so much, but I'm glad they're with the best rat mom ever! ❤️ I caught Amelia in the hammock, sitting very still, with a piece of food in her mouth. "What? I'll eat it eventually." |
