Anna and Amelia were adopted from North Star Rescue and are both about 2-1/2 years old now. Rosie was adopted from Rattie Ratz Rescue and she is about 2 years old now. All three are incredibly sweet but very independent. They all give kisses but don't like to cuddle.  Lana was adopted with Eleanor from Rattie Ratz Rescue over a year ago, but as she aged, she grew aggressive toward and intolerant of ALL other rats. Eventually I had to separate her from her cagemates, even Eleanor. Luckily she's fine with people.  Natalie came into my life with a litter of 2-day old babies over a year ago. I fostered her and the babies for Rattie Ratz Rescue until the babies were old enough to leave mom. I kept Natalie and two of her daughters. She's one of the sweetest and smartest rats I have ever known.  Aimi, Digit, and Kamiko are all adopted from North Star Rescue. Digit came from a hoarding situation already missing his left hand. Aimi and Kamiko are the only girls who can keep up with his active personality.  Kira is in the sanctuary program with Rattie Ratz Rescue. She's living her life out with me because her health isn't too great, but she's one of the sweetest rats I've ever known.  |
AUTHORMolly Michaela Darling's love of rats started in 1998 with a first-hand introduction to the huge personalities of these pocket-sized bundles of love -- and she's had rats in her life ever since!.
